crazy busy days with Christmas, my dad's birthday (today!) and new year, i'm running everywhere!!! i'm so tired, but good tired, i'm tired of shopping XD

OT: i just remembered i promised to my best friend we were going to see massive attack high IDEK  i was drunk

so like. sometimes when i see people who are like. DESPERATELY TRYING TO BE SOMETHING like hipster or scenester or goth or blah blah you know what i'm saying? whenever i see people like that i sort of want to give them, like, a thumbs up or something. or like. say something like, "good job. you've convinced me." you know? i was on the bus today and there was this kid with like a hipster beard and like a checkered scarf and a purple hoodie and a tight button-up shirt and tight cords and like huge '80s nikes. i really wanted to, like, reassure him that his efforts aren't in vain. i believe it!! i feel like anyone who cares enough to put so much time and money into an identity deserves some sort of recognition or congratulations.

but i suppose that would defeat the whole ~*~*~I GOTTA BE ME~*~*~ thing they've got going on.

that being said, i've spent about six billion dollars on clothing in the past three weeks. does that disgust you? it disgusts me. i've literally bought a new wardrobe. but let's not judge. my clothing have been horrific for the past year or so. i wore leggings and flannel and uggs every. day. let's not talk about it ahahaha.

christmas was good. relaxing. i got an external harddrive that seems to be fucking up my computer more than anything, beatles monopoly ahaha, a team photo of the sounders signed by a bunch of them (!!! KASEY KELLER TOUCHED SOMETHING THAT I OWN), and a bunch of clothing that i returned and got stuff that actually fit. ahaha. hmm yeah. it's been a good break, too. really relaxing. i've kicked it a good amount with people, but there's been the perfect amount of sleeping and lying around.

BLAH BLAH BLAH NO ONE CARES.

the win against wolves was nice. and needed. but it's not enough on its own. so. ugh. ahaha. i'm like vomiting at the thought of villa. stevie's goal made me cry HAHAHA. okay i can't think about it i'm like throwing up with fear. ahaha.

silas, sinclaire, and lily came over and watched green street hooligans. i like that movie. except for like. the acting. and the blood. and the general crap plot. and the acting. the acting is cringeworthy. elijah wood should be shot for crimes against theatre. we kept yelling, "LOOK AT FRODO GO!"

i got bored walking home today and pretended i was walking with xabi.

that is what my life has come to.

my city  is so full!!! it's annoying you can't walk in the streets! meh for one hand it's good for the city ( the tourist) but for the other, it's so uncomfortable =/
thank god, the fires are under control =)

i was at urban outfitters today, returning/exchanging clothing, and i started looking at the jewellery as i was waiting in line. it's weird, you know? i was looking at this stuff, and some of it is really pretty. there were like these delicate necklaces with little charms on them and just these little trinkets. they were really cute and i considered buying one. but i couldn't!!!!! it was so weird!! i was like, "i would never wear that."

which made me think, right, because i wear a fair amount of jewellery. i wear 8 bracelets and 2 necklaces and earrings periodically. so i was analysing this, remembering where i had gotten my shit, because i haven't bought jewellery in recent memory.

this is what i wear: a mexican friendship bracelet that this girl from puerto vallarta made me when i was 8, a beaded bracelet that says 'captain fantastic' that michelle made me, a copper bracelet made from a nicaraguan coin, a hemp bracelet that says 'stevie g' that i made, a cheap bracelet with a metal heart that my aunt got me before she died, a braided deerskin bracelet from my backpacking trip two summers ago, a hemp liverpool bracelet that i made, and a leather bracelet with gold bits made by a native from oaxaca, a necklace on a gold chain with a picture of stevie g preserved in resin that my mother made me for my birthday, and a stone necklace from peru that micah got me 3 years ago. when i wear earrings, i only wear these earrings that this native american man who lives by our cabin made for me.

SO APPARENTLY I CAN ONLY WEAR JEWELLERY WITH PERSONAL SIGNIFICANCE. THIS IS WEIRD BECAUSE USUALLY I FUCKING HATE SENTIMENTAL CRAP LIKE THAT.

ANYWAY. THAT'S MY THOUGHT OF THE DAY. IF YOU WANT ME TO WEAR JEWELLERY, MAKE IT FOR ME.

in other news, i just did jello shots with my dad's friend. i love holiday parties. ahaha.

Las cenas o comidas de empresa en las fechas navideñas suelen ser citas de excesos y desfase. Días en los que el trabajo queda aparcado y sólo se piensa en disfrutar, a veces, con unas copas de más. El Manchester United no fue una excepción.
La plantilla de los Red Devils celebró su particular cena de Navidad en un restaurante propiedad del central Rio Ferdinand. A la cita, acudieron todos los jugadores, acompañados de sus esposas, así como varios amigos y celebridades. (i wonder who)
Y, como ocurre en la gran mayoría de cenas de empresa, hubo un protagonista casi exclusivo: el alcohol. Su ingesta por parte de los presentes en la cena, a veces en cantidades más altas de lo recomendado, causó algunos problemas.
